What we Offer

Leigh Commerce Park was developed on a phased basis by the owners, Orford Developments Limited, from the original construction of Unit 1 in 1999. The park was then extended further with the last unit being completed in 2008.

The site now comprises 4 modern industrial units and 3 modern office buildings.
The site is divided between Orford Court, which houses Units 1, 2, 3 and 4, and Orford Park which contains Units 5, 6 and 7

The whole site extends to approximately 5.6 acres and is fully self-contained with perimeter fencing and a high standard of well-maintained landscaping.

All internal roads and yards are concrete surfaced with extensive tarmac parking areas and generous landscaping with street lighting.

The 4 industrial buildings are of modern steel portal frame construction with brickwork and steel clad elevations beneath a lined steel clad roof panels. The units have an eaves height between 5.2m and 5.4m.

The buildings are of modern appearance and offer generous parking provisions and yard areas.

Office Buildings

The 3 office buildings (Stewart House, Beswick House and Lloyd House) are of steel framework construction with brickwork elevations beneath a standard pitch tiled roof. Each office building is finished to a modern specification with suspended ceilings, perimeter trunking, carpet tiles and an 8 person lift.

Lloyd House provides perimeter gas-fired radiators and air-conditioning cassettes to part, with Stuart House and Beswick House benefitting from air-conditioning .
