Leigh Commerce Park is accessed from Greenfold Way on the established larger Leigh Commerce Park and there is a mix of modern office and industrial buildings within the vicinity.

Junction 23 of the M6 is approximately 3.5 miles to the west and Junction 13 of the M60 6 miles to the east, with Junction 5 of the M61 7 miles to the north. The town centre is approximately 0.25 miles to the north.
